Internal Audit
Find the gaps before the auditor does.
You're not sure if your documentation and processes would hold up under scrutiny — and the cost of finding out the hard way is too high.
Most NDIS providers only discover compliance problems when it's too late — during an external audit or after a complaint. Our internal audit service gives you a clear, honest picture of where you stand against the NDIS Practice Standards before anyone else is watching. We work through your policies, procedures, incident records, and worker documentation to identify every gap, then give you a prioritised action plan to close them.
What you'll achieve
- Know exactly where your compliance gaps are before an external auditor finds them
- Receive a prioritised corrective action plan you can act on immediately
- Build the evidence portfolio your auditor will expect to see
- Walk into your next audit with confidence, not anxiety
This is right for you if…
- Registered NDIS providers approaching their audit window
- Providers who've received a compliance notice or complaint
- Growing organisations adding new registration groups
- New leadership teams wanting to understand their compliance position
Mid-Term Audit
Stay on track between renewals — before small issues become big ones.
You're mid-cycle and not sure whether your systems and documentation are still meeting the standard — but renewal feels too far away to act on now.
Registration renewal is three years away, so compliance can drift to the bottom of the priority list. By the time the next audit arrives, what started as a minor documentation gap has grown into a systemic problem. Our mid-term audit service checks your compliance position at the halfway point of your registration cycle, identifies emerging risks, and gives you enough time to fix them properly — not in a last-minute scramble.
What you'll achieve
- A clear mid-cycle compliance health check against current NDIS Practice Standards
- Early identification of risks before they escalate into serious findings
- Enough lead time to implement improvements without pressure
- Documented evidence of continuous improvement — exactly what auditors want to see
This is right for you if…
- Providers 12–18 months into their current registration cycle
- Organisations that have grown or changed their service delivery since their last audit
- Providers who want to demonstrate continuous improvement to the NDIS Commission
- Teams that have had staff turnover and want to check their systems are still sound
Renewal Audit Preparation
Arrive at your renewal audit ready — not hoping for the best.
Your renewal audit is approaching and you're not confident your documentation, policies, and evidence will meet the standard — and the stakes are too high to leave it to chance.
A failed renewal audit doesn't just mean more paperwork. It can mean conditions on your registration, suspension of services, or losing your registration entirely — and the participants who depend on you losing their provider. Our renewal audit preparation service makes sure that doesn't happen. We conduct a full mock audit against the NDIS Practice Standards, compile your evidence, address every gap, and prepare your team so the real audit is a formality, not a gamble.
What you'll achieve
- A complete mock audit that mirrors the real process, so there are no surprises
- Every evidence gap identified and closed before your auditor arrives
- Policies, procedures, and records reviewed and updated to current standards
- Your team briefed and prepared to respond confidently during the audit
- A successful renewal outcome that protects your registration and your participants
This is right for you if…
- Providers within 6 months of their renewal audit date
- Organisations that received findings or conditions at their last audit
- Providers who have grown significantly since their last renewal
- Any registered provider who wants certainty, not hope, going into their audit
Launch Your NDIS Business
Enter the NDIS market the right way — compliant from day one.
You want to register as an NDIS provider but the process is overwhelming — and you can't afford to waste months on a rejected application or start trading with gaps in your compliance framework.
Getting into the NDIS is one of the most rewarding decisions you can make. It's also one of the most complex. The registration process is detailed, the Practice Standards are demanding, and the cost of getting it wrong — rejected applications, delayed approvals, or early compliance failures — can set your business back months. We've guided dozens of providers through registration and we know exactly what the NDIS Commission is looking for. We handle the complexity so you can focus on building your business.
What you'll achieve
- A complete, accurate registration application that gives you the best chance of approval
- Policies and procedures built to the NDIS Practice Standards from the start
- A compliance framework that grows with your business
- Clarity on your registration groups, obligations, and what auditors will assess
- Confidence to start delivering supports knowing your foundations are solid
This is right for you if…
- Allied health professionals, support workers, and care organisations entering the NDIS
- Existing businesses expanding into disability support services
- Entrepreneurs who want to build a compliant, sustainable NDIS business
- Anyone who has started the registration process and hit a wall
SIL Registration
Mandatory from 1 July 2026. Lodge by 1 October 2026 to keep delivering.
The 1 October 2026 lodgement deadline is approaching and you're not sure whether your documentation, policies, and systems are ready for a certification-level audit — and missing the deadline means your participants will need to move to a registered provider.
From 1 July 2026, Supported Independent Living is its own class of support under the NDIS Act — and only registered providers can deliver it. A new practice standards module (Module 5A) now applies to every SIL provider, assessed through a certification audit. If you were already delivering SIL before 1 July 2026, you can continue while your application is assessed — but only if you lodge by 1 October 2026. We help accommodation providers get registered for 0115 (SIL, STA, respite) and 0131 (SDA) quickly, correctly, and with documentation built around how your service actually operates.
What you'll achieve
- Clarity on whether you need 0115, 0131, or both — before you commit to the wrong structure
- Tailored documentation built around your accommodation model, not a generic template
- A policy suite aligned with Module 5A and the Core Module
- Coaching on what certification auditors will assess so there are no surprises
- Application lodged on time so you can keep delivering while the Commission assesses you
This is right for you if…
- SIL providers operating in group or shared living environments
- STA and respite providers offering short stays and planned breaks
- SDA housing providers building or enrolling compliant dwellings
- Existing NDIS providers adding SIL, respite, or SDA to their registration
- New entrants building an accommodation service from the ground up
Workshops & Training
Build a workforce that knows what it's doing — and can prove it.
Your team's knowledge and skills aren't keeping pace with your compliance obligations — and gaps in worker capability are your biggest audit risk.
Compliance isn't just about policies on a shelf. It's about whether your team understands their obligations and can apply them in the real situations they face every day. Our workshops and training programs are built for the NDIS sector — practical, scenario-based, and immediately applicable. Whether you need to onboard new workers, upskill your team on a specific standard, or stay ahead of regulatory changes, we have a course that fits.
What you'll achieve
- Workers who understand their obligations and can apply them confidently
- Documented training records that demonstrate your commitment to workforce capability
- Reduced incident rates and complaints through better-informed practice
- A team that's ready for the questions an auditor will ask them
This is right for you if…
- Providers onboarding new support workers
- Teams needing to meet NDIS Commission worker training requirements
- Organisations building their workforce capability as they grow
- Managers who want their team audit-ready, not just policy-aware
